We lived in this community few years ago and moved back because of the location and the Northwood schools. The school bus picks up the kids from inside the community and there is a nice bus shelter for the kids as well.
Its ok but the magerment suck.. She or he can go suck a duck cause this place it a piece of crap. It has bad trailors and really bad kids that likes to fight. So make this place a better place to live at.
A lot of empty mobile homes. Very small play ground doesn't look safe. Can not get ahold of anyone in the office.
There is also a laundry facility and gas station across the street from the park. Nice people and improvments every week.
In less then a year this place has changed ownership 3 times and management twice. And has no clue about what they are doing. Nobody following rules. Drug dealers that try to keep up good appearances for their sake. And they need to start a clean up committee around here. Not just for the trash but for the drug dealers. Hope new owner does something around here. Also don't pay attention or care how many people living in one trailer. We need something to be done. All n all most people are friendly. I recommend putting up cameras.
Ya we have many different owners but we need to get this place back to a good inviter net like they say they are witch they might not
