Car wash is average and and so is the customer service, but i gave four stars because all the washes come with a guarantee. Basically you get 2 washes for the price. Although i have personally have tipped $10 to the people drying off thinking they would do an extra good job and they didnt. That $10 bucks did the same as tipping a $1.

It toke 2 car washes to get my car clean and it wasn't dirty. Everyone I talked to has said the same thing.
You might get a good wash you might get a bad wash depending on who's working and how lazy they are feeling half the time they don't even spray your car off before you roll through there and half the time they don't put tire shine on when you paid for it
