Great Enterprise location. Ive rented a lot of vehicles over the years and this was one of the best rental experiences I've had. JD was extremely friendly, helpful and professional . I honestly couldn't have asked for better service and care.
rent a2017 Nissan pathfinder. seated 5 very comfortably with the 3rd row seat. plenty of room for luggage and large cooler, great on gas too. about 27 miles to the gallon.
I use this location at least once a month for my drivers while at orientation and during their down time to get their vehicles maintenance done while in town.
Would be nice if they had an app for checking in the car. Making a call to an automated service is too lengthy. Also, it would be nice if the website to print off receipts was kept up to date.
I am only giving Enterprise a 2 because the staff was very friendly and efficient (maybe they should have been a little more careful). I have used Enterprise in the past and have not had any problems. However, this time I rented a car and was told there was a problem with the left rear tire and not to worry. The only problem noted on the paperwork was a scratch in the paint. I was told I could drop the car off at the mechanic that was fixing my car and Enterprise would pick it up. Turns out they picked it up a week later and then I got a bill in the mail for $465 to replace two rear tires and an oil change. I only had the car for less than a day and did not have any problems. That included no accidents and no pot holes (which they felt caused the need to replace the two tires). The staff I spoke with were rude and not the least bit helpful except to remove the cost of the oil change. I ended up paying $447.00 or they would send to collection. My recommendation for anyone using Enterprise is check the car closely before driving off the lot to try and catch any potential problems so you don"t get stuck with the repairs.
